Our Farm to School Lunch program is now feeding about 400 students per week between the Syringa Mountain School, Trinity Mountain School, The Montessori School in Ketchum and the Sage School. We are very excited to announce, in partnership with The Local Food Alliance, that we added The Community School to our Farm to School lunch program in late January.
The Farm to Table Dinners are consistently selling out each month.
We are offering lunch service now Monday thru Friday from 11am until 2pm both for dinning in and carryout.
We are now offering an opportunity for private Farm to Table Dinner catering options and for fundraising events as well – dinners at the WRSC or a ready to-go dinner available for carryout. Other options can be discussed!
And in honor of Dick & Melinda Springs for creating the Wood River Sustainability Center, I have created a Farm to Table Dinner fundraising event called “Spring into Action.” This event pairs up a locally talented Chef, or an aspiring Chef, with our team that both cook the same item with their own interpretation of what is the best way to prepare that item. And then the guests pick a winner through a “blind taste test.” The winner then will pick their charity of choice to receive all of the profits from the dinner. This event is just like our Farm to Table Dinners with the exception of voting for who’s item is their favorite. Both items are on the same plate. These events will happen through out the year. And are sure to sell out very fast, so stay tuned!
